Submit Papers

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).

Submission Guidelines:

  • Papers must present original research and must not be currently under review or published in any other conference or journal.

  • All submissions should be written in English and strictly follow the IEEE conference paper format.

  • The maximum paper length is typically 6 pages, including figures and references (extra pages, if allowed, will be subject to additional charges as per IEEE norms).

  • All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by the Technical Program Committee.

Plagiarism Policy:

  • The conference follows a strict plagiarism policy.

  • All submitted papers will be checked using IEEE CrossCheck / iThenticate.

  • Papers found to be plagiarized, or containing a significant overlap with previously published work, will be rejected without review.

  • As per IEEE guidelines, authors are solely responsible for the content of their papers.

Acceptance & Presentation

  • At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper for it to be included in the conference proceedings.

  • Papers must be presented in the assigned oral or poster session as scheduled by the conference organizers.

Microsoft CMT service is used for managing the peer-review process of this conference. Authors must create an account on the CMT portal to submit their manuscripts.
