Submit Papers
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).

Submission Guidelines:
Papers must present original research and must not be currently under review or published in any other conference or journal.
All submissions should be written in English and strictly follow the IEEE conference paper format.
The maximum paper length is typically 6 pages, including figures and references (extra pages, if allowed, will be subject to additional charges as per IEEE norms).
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by the Technical Program Committee.

Plagiarism Policy:
The conference follows a strict plagiarism policy.
All submitted papers will be checked using IEEE CrossCheck / iThenticate.
Papers found to be plagiarized, or containing a significant overlap with previously published work, will be rejected without review.
As per IEEE guidelines, authors are solely responsible for the content of their papers.
Acceptance & Presentation
At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper for it to be included in the conference proceedings.
Papers must be presented in the assigned oral or poster session as scheduled by the conference organizers.
Microsoft CMT service is used for managing the peer-review process of this conference. Authors must create an account on the CMT portal to submit their manuscripts.
